By downloading, installing, or accessing RizzPulse, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must discontinue using the application immediately.

2. Description of Service & User Responsibility

RizzPulse provides automated conversation recommendations, opener lines, and reply suggestions for social and dating assistance. All content generated is for creative and personal communication support. You retain sole responsibility for any text messages or communications sent to third parties.

3. Prohibited Content & Acceptable Use

You agree not to use RizzPulse to create, generate, or distribute:

Hate speech, harassment, bullying, or abusive content.
Sexually explicit, non-consensual, or illegal material.
Deceptive, fraudulent, or impersonation communications.

We reserve the right to restrict access to services for users who violate these acceptable use guidelines.

4. Subscriptions & Automatic Renewal

RizzPulse offers free features alongside optional Pro auto-renewing subscriptions (Weekly at $2.99/week and Monthly at $9.99/month).

Automatic Renewal: All subscriptions always automatically renew unless canceled by the user at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing cycle.
Billing: Payments are charged directly to your Google Play Store or Apple App Store account upon confirmation of purchase.
Management & Refunds: You can manage or cancel your auto-renewing subscription anytime in your device Store Account Settings. Refund requests are governed exclusively by Google Play Store and Apple App Store policies.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The RizzPulse logo, interface design, branding assets, and application code are protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the application for personal, non-commercial purposes.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

RizzPulse is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no guarantees regarding specific social, dating, or interpersonal outcomes resulting from the use of our suggested text lines. In no event shall RizzPulse be liable for indirect or consequential damages.
